Overgrown Lawn Service
Starts at $200
For lawns that have gotten out of hand, we offer a one-time mow to get things back on track. This service is appropriate for lawns 8 inches or more in height. Pricing reflects time required for the service, wear and tear on equipment, and heightened risk of equipment damage due to objects that may be hidden in tall grass.

Spring And Fall Clean Up
After all of your leaves have fallen from trees in your yard, we can do fall clean up. Or, if you did not manage to remove your leaves during the fall, we offer spring clean ups. Both fall and spring clean ups involve the removal of all leaves from your yard including the flower beds. The starting price for this service is $60. Sorry, we do not offer spring thatch removal or aeration services.
Residential Snow Removal
We offer three residential snow removal plans, with price points to suit all budgets and snow management needs. All plans guarantee snow removal every time snowfall accumulation reaches two centimeters or more, with snow cleared within 24 hours following end of snowfall.
Five month contract required for all plans, with season starting November 1 and ending March 31.
Basic Plan Starts at $90 per month

Removal of snow from your driveway.
No extras - just the service you need at an affordable price! Your driveway will be cleared within 24 hours of the snowfall ending, every time there is 2 cm or more of snow accumulation. This Plan is most-suited for budget-minded households where residents are capable of clearing snow from the entrance and walkways, but require assistance with driveway snow removal.
Regular Plan Starts at $150 per month

Front & back door/ steps, all walkways, driveway, city sidewalk, garbage & recycling areas.
Your property will be cleared within 24 hours of the snowfall ending, every time there is 2 centimeter or more of snow accumulation. Front and back entries, steps, walkway, and driveway included. This Plan is our most popular and will appeal to those who appreciate staying warm inside while we remove the snow!
Deluxe plan Starts at $195 per month

Removal of blockage when city equipment closes in back lane or front walks
Designed to ensure a completely accessible property. As a Deluxe client, in addition to our regular snow clearing, your property will also receive unlimited removal of snow accumulation due to blowing snow and/or windrows left behind by city snow-clearing equipment - just let us know when these problems occur and we will arrive promptly to address the issue. This Plan is particularly suited to the elderly as well as those with health or mobility issues.
